Welcome Celeste, the Newest JUMP Team Member

By: The JUMP Team

My name is Celeste Chockley and as of yesterday, I am officially the newest member of the JUMP team as the Marketing Coordinator. I recently graduated from Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and am off to a great start at LEAP.  I previously worked at the Murray State University Center for Telecommunications Systems as the Management Marketing Assistant while enrolled in school, but I can already tell that I am going to learn more working with the JUMP team than all my previous experience and college combined (did I mention its only my second day?).

I am astounded by the sheer amount of knowledge that is overflowing within the JUMP team. This is probably due to the emphasis that they put on professional development, something I couldn’t be more excited about. I have always been interested in the digital side of marketing so to be sitting here in a digital marketing agency is a bit of a whirlwind. Since starting, I have had the pleasure of sitting in on a sales call, becoming familiar with the project management system and product guide, been introduced to several of our wonderful clients, and now I am writing my very first blog post! In addition, I took my first of many journey’s to Cincinnati where I sat in on my first face-to-face client meeting and had the chance to explore our Cincinnati office, as well as getting slightly lost amongst the construction downtown and enjoying some of the finer local cuisine.

Although I obviously haven’t been here very long, my favorite part about my new job and company is the amount of teamwork and open communication that goes into each and every project. I anticipate other favorites will include the ping pong table downstairs and the “Bring your dog to work day”, but we will cross that bridge when we come to it. I would be lying if I said there wasn’t a learning curve, but I am so excited for what JUMP has in store for me.

I look forward to learning more about our clients and services provided as well as developing myself professionally, and having fun doing so. Be sure to follow our blog to keep up with the digital marketing journey.
